Change: noun<\/em>. A transformation or modification; alteration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transformations happens when something, or someone, new is introduced into a relationship. Pearls grow because of bacteria entering into a clam, the Amazon rainforest gets the majority of it’s nutrients from Africa<\/a>, and people transform when they accept a perspective from someone who is different. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we only listen to those like us, and those we like, change becomes a threat. Because when we transform, others around us will be challenged to change and transform as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We all need change in our lives. But there are some specific challenges our society is facing that are asking for a certain kind of change to take place. Societies change when individuals address their own personal responsibility in perpetuating the problems that are occurring. Be the change that is needed in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There have been a lot of really good articles, tweets, videos, and other expressions on some of the systemic issues of race, injustice, and abuses of power in our world today, but none better than the one below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
